all it altough the tenth law of ninetheen-ninety when for first time bigan to see minimum standards of quality, but it is in the twenty-six  when the Decreto  ten-eleven  establish the  compulory system of guarantee of quality  where we found  especific rulers of use compulsory  for the lenders of services of  healt, that are to leadt straigtly to get better the quality en the  lend of the services ofered for that institutions.


this Decreto have  five characteristic

3). relevance
4). segurity
5). continuity

 and it have four rulers or components
1)the only system of makeup
2)programs of audit  for the get better  the quality
3)the system of information
4)the only system  of accreditation 
this was adopt  for the institutions  of voluntary forms that to award it matsimunms titles o quality to the institutions that lend services  of healt
